In 2006 in Estonia is invented and developed the device, as as much as possible effective decision of a problem. The technical problem, consist for us in the maximal exception of not authorized use of the stolen Tools of access and management of systems at fulfilment of crimes, namely - in creation of protection against pocket thefts, particularly Tools and granting to the user of an opportunity of the automatic constant control over Tools, at them daily to carry for incidental use.
The technical decision of these problems, creation of the new portable Tool equipped by the monitoring system, notifications and influences on the malefactor and who, in the form of uniform System has additional effective advantage - own protection - particularly, self-defense from pocket theft was. Thus, for the user, the habitual order of operational actions that is very important essentially does not change.
The general set of constructional elements of a base configuration of System is resulted below where following designations are entered:
1 central module of access and managements;
2 module of self-defense;
3 module of interface System is used for reflection of attempt of own abduction to prevent an opportunity with its help to simulate the authorized access/management to the basic system.

2 module of self-defense which contains: blocks, units and constructional elements which have the basic function to carry out the control, the notification and influence over the malefactor, than serve for achievement of own safety and effective protection against pocket theft of directly System

3 module of interface for formation of System in which, the module of self-defense is incorporated with the central module and in the expedient set represents the uniform portable design protected from pocket thefts and casual loss.

Search has confirmed real world novelty of the invention. In the Estonian patent department patent applications for protection of the present invention in Estonia are submitted and registered. From date of a priority there are 12 months (there were 10 months) for protection of the invention in other countries of the world.
